Do I need to book an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Walk ins are welcome, however to avoid a prolonged wait, please call us on 03 9311 1337 before you arrive.
My usual Doctor is booked today. Can you please fit me in?
If your doctor is fully booked and you need to see a doctor today, please call us on 03 9311 1337, and we will try to book you in with your usual doctor, or provide another suggestion.
Do I need to book an appointment to get a prescription?
Yes, generally you will need to see a doctor to have a script written. Doctors have a duty of care and need to determine if you should be prescribed, continue or cease taking a medication which may have prescribed for you previously. However, in most cases patients of our clinic can obtain prescriptions via SMS for their regular medication after a telephone consultation with the doctor.
Do you have a Doctor who has a special interest in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nutritional Medicine?
Yes, Dr Anthony Lo has significant experience in treating common medical problems with acupuncture e.g. pain, musculoskeletal injuries and stress/tension. Please speak with one of our reception staff members.
I’m not well. Do you have a separate area where I can sit when I arrive at your clinic?
Yes, we have a large waiting room area where you can likely sit away from other people. Alternatively, please speak with our reception staff when you arrive, and they will arrange an area for you.
