Our Services
You can be assured – we have a commitment to excellence when it comes to the
level of care we provide.
Emergency services
Emergency slots are allocated in every consulting session to enable patients with urgent problems or patients without any appointments to be seen promptly.
The Doctor will provide you with a letter to speed up your treatment at the Emergency Department if required.
Appointments
Priority is given to patients with appointments. Please telephone the clinic to make appointments, which are booked every 15 minutes.
If you need more time with your doctor, please assist us by informing the receptionist when you make your appointment.
If the doctor is delayed, we will endeavour to keep waiting time to a minimum.
Home visits
Home visits are available for regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery.
Visits can also be arranged for patients in nursing homes, respite or community residential units, hospital or institutions.
Urgent home visits without a consultation must be arranged by telephoning your doctor directly.
Please feel free to discuss your situation with your doctor.

Medical matters are not dealt with by email.
